Instructional Leadership Collective (ILC)

This community of practice is designed to empower educators in critical mid-level leadership roles such as director of curriculum and instruction, instructional supervisor, and special education coordinator. Inspired by Michael Fullan’s insights on the pivotal role of “leaders in the middle,” this collective aims to fill the professional development gap often experienced by these key educators.

Partners will leverage its expertise in creating and sustaining effective leadership communities to host this collective. We offer a comprehensive structure that includes eight in-person meetings throughout the year, individual consultations, and priority access to additional professional development opportunities. Our meetings will focus on networking, knowledge sharing, and targeted coaching to strengthen your leadership skills and improve instructional quality across your district.
