Dr. Thomas Nobili is a dedicated educator, who has held a variety of roles throughout his 18 years in education including as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and central office administrator. He has a wealth of experience in the areas of curriculum development, instructional coaching, strategic planning, instructional design, and the implementation of high quality instruction. Further, he has substantial expertise in supporting teacher teams engaging in action research cycles through the rapid prototyping of high leverage instructional practices. Dr. Nobili also possesses considerable experience as a facilitator of adult learning having provided professional development at the local, state, and national level. 

Dr. Nobili received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from La Salle University and his Master’s in Education from the University of Bridgeport.  He earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Bridgeport where he is also an adjunct professor. He is a member of several professional organizations such as The National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics (NCSM) and The American Educational Research Association (AERA). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Council of Leaders of Mathematics (CCLM).
