Jen Gifford serves as Senior Vice President at United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, where she is a leader in community impact and engagement, partnerships and collaborations with the intent of improving community conditions. She is responsible for leading and aligning United Way resources to support community goals. Jen earned her MSW in Community Organizing, Policy, Practice and Administration at Boston College; and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Relations at the University of Connecticut.
